Jasons Deli Customer Care Review from Corpus Christi, Texas
I ordered food online to be delivered, never received food, called an hour and a half later and was told a driver was on his way. 30 minutes later still no food so I call again and was told they never made my food.
The manager Travis from the Corpus Christi Saratoga location was extremely rude, he said to me what do I want him to do about it, i wanted my food I had ordered and paid for 2 hours before.
When I asked why was I told someone was on their way he just laughed and said he didn't know, didn't even offer to make my food right then and deliver. I will not be going to Jason's deli anymore especially if that's how they want to treat customers.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
