This guy after i disputed my bill overages promised to either give me a total refund for my meal or a coupon for a free meal over the phone but when i show up after a 10 mile drive only refunded me for $1!!! I still have the conversation recorded on my phone!!! Now i feel discriminated against!!!!

Went to the Jason's Deli in Beaumont Texas.The one on Dowlen road.A friend a I go about once a month.Got a Muffalotta sandwich and the bread was wet on one side.They were not very nice when I took it to them.Plus I had to stand there a wait awhile for it.I thought they forgot about me.The windows in the place were fifthy! Not a nice place to go!

Ok so o tried to give Jason"s another try at the gateway location .since it has been months and filed a complaint (with no response). And once again they have failed me. My add ons were not in my bag and i ordered a salad and to my surprise no dressing. Come on you forget my add ons and something so simple aa the dressing for my salad...im done!!!!!

The food is good. The customer service is horrid. I have a girl tonight who is miserable with life. The employees always seem annoyed u r there. Forgot to add mustard. Then asked for some when she brought food and didn't bother coming back. Not sure what problem is. Management is never around. Maybe that's the problem? This will hurt their business. I won't go back for a while.
